Pasting into Word should be fine because Word docs are pretty much cross platform. If the picture format becomes an issue, he can rip them out of the document and convert them over to jpeg or edit them on another machine.

If it is at all possible (sweetalk your sysadmin) put GraphicConverter on that Mac. It will convert any format to any format- including some of the bizzare/obscure formats my data shop comes up with. It's $25 shareware. Vey worth it.

Is your MacQuan ported to OS X? If so, I'd upgrade your OS. It ships with an image converter called Preview. Very useful.

I'm trying to get rid of that stupid Mac. Got rid of the other one. Hehehe Our sysadmin doesn't want anything to do with Macs.

It turned out that all I needed was the picture on the page...no fancy labeling so pasting in Word was the way to go.
