What the heck is that thing on the top of her left foot?

I tried to answer this question in an earlier post, but apparantly, no one really noticed the first time I posted it, so I'll try again.

You get three shots at this; It is either:

1. An unsightly scab that she decided to show off for the benefit of her fans on FR.

2. An inconsistency in the film-perhaps due to flash photography, though I'm not an expert when it comes to things like this.

3. A very uninspiring tattoo on the part of Kerry the Younger.
