So, Uncle Lynn took Aunt Cheryl and I over to Clifton (the Norwegian capital of Texas) for dinner. :-)

Uff-da! :) Did y'all have any Norwegian food?

Nope. Uncle Lynn had the Mexican buffet, Aunt Cheryl had chicken and fruit salad plate and I had the salad bar. (What Uncle Lynn didn't realize was that Aunt Cheryl and I really pigged out on barbeque at 3 when we found out I didn't have to go home yet.)

Some of my Norwegian cousins were workin' there though. Does that count?
