I was last summer and fall, but not so much any more. It did change the way I think about food, though. So I (mostly) don't eat white bread, white rice, pasta, or sugar.
Hair and I didn't like the "Low-Carb" breads they had at the grocery store, so I just go with a regular whole-grain bread with lots of nuts and seeds in it. And I avoid sugar as much as possible... use a creamer made with Splenda in my coffee, for example.
So we try to focus more on whole foods... meat, eggs, fresh fruit and veggies. We do lots of salads.
My main weakness is tortilla chips - gotta have my chips and salsa!
Definitely! Although I use hot salsa to help with my sinuses, so I have somewhat of an excuse there :) But my biggest weakness is Pringles--if I start one I have to finish half the can!
