I can't imagine what it would be like to lose someone that close to you without having any hope of anything to come. I think I would have lost my mind, seriously.

Same here Rosie. I spent most of my life *not* knowing. When my grandfather died I didn't know. He was the closest thing to a dad I had and after his death was when I really dragged myself to the bottom of humanity. That's when I became all too familiar with all manner of illegal drugs. *sigh* I am glad I met Jesus and learned better before Grama went. And a lot of that is because she was so happy to see that. :-)
