Okay, I've only got photos of 2 troop packages this morning cause I only had 2 customs forms here. Have the ingredients for 5 more troop packages after I take these to the post office and get more customs forms. I chose these 2 soldiers first based on special things.
First one is to my friend Marty's daughter, a marine in Afghanistan. Since Marty was here this weekend she helped me choose what went in Debra's package.
You may note that in the middle of this package, amidst the candy filler is a ziplock bag with 2 bottles of nail polish. It seems our little lady Marine is sorely missing having her toenails painted! We are remedying that! :-)
dunno what gnad's gonna think of that though!
And another surprise for Debra, since her mom was here for several days, I took photos and she'll get some surprise photos of her mom when she opens the box. :-)
The other special package for the morning I packed for PE and msdrby's friend Lt. Paul. Since babygirl is being born today, I sent this with a note letting Lt. Paul know that it was happening while I was fixing up the box for him. Hopefully, this will bring a more special "touch" from home. :-)
Soon as I run these to the post office I will start getting the other 5 packages ready and post some photos later today or tomorrow of those!
