I can't complain about our weather today. It's raining now, but supposed to clear up and get up into the low seventies!

I found a recipe for flaxseed meal bread and made it last night. Edited the recipe slightly since I think it would have been wayyyy too sweet for my taste...it called for quite a bit of Splenda PLUS Splenda syrup (which I don't have anyway). It came out almost like a banana bread or coffee cake, and very tasty. Odd mouth feel, though. Doesn't dissolve in the same way as wheat flour bread.

I had a little slice with my eggs this morning for breakfast. Made a nice meal!
