Well, considering our odd pen sprays ink, Bakshi Saruman should be either spraying someone with ink, or spraying himself in the face with the ink.
That'd make the pen tie into it all, but I'm not sure that works as a logo.
It may be better off having him point menacingly with the pen.

He could be pointing menacingly; or else maybe we could have the Eye of Sauron hovering over a pen, kinda like the Masonic Eye in the Pyramid on the dollar bill.
