Yep, no worries :-)
See everyone later.
Very nice, Sam! Big congratulations on your anniversary!
Heh...tell me about it. And in a week, no less!
I don't think you need to worry about whether everyone will have a good time, Hair. I can't imagine that it will be anything BUT a good time. Still wish I could be there!
If all of you would click on it and moniter it for awhile (leave it on!), we want to see if a lot of users will crash it. It is set now at a pretty high refresh rate, very nearly streaming. It is also a test to see if it works to have it in a javascript format like this.
What you are looking at is the view out our window to the paddock and the pasture beyond... I know the pasture is over-exposed, nothing we can do about that unfortunately. You can see cars going by on the road beyond, but it can't focus on the horses unless they are in the paddock. I'm going to go toss some hay out there in a minute to encourage them to stay in view if I can. The camera just doesn't have many tools, and that is one thing we'll be looking at when we look at cameras.
It won't connect for me here. :-( Maybe at home.
It says "Offline".
I have GOT to try this stuff!
Well.... hmmm. We are trying to figure that out. Both of us are watching.
The link to the page worked but no image, right?
Everything sounds great except the coconut. I love the stuff, but it doesn't like me. I get all 'dwarfy' when I eat it. ;o)
Correct.
I get to the http://freeper.the-hobbit-hole.net/webcam/ page and it does the "Contacting Host" stuff for a while and then says "Offline :(".
Same here.
I got the dreaded red X.
They have these things in the stores that LOOK like fresh peaches; they even say "Farm Fresh", but they taste very mealy. Ack spit!
I DO miss good southern peaches!! When we go to Perdido Key in August, we'll have to hit some of the roadside farmstands. We always find yummy tomatoes, peaches and Silver Queen corn while we're there!
OK - we are working on it. Not sure why that is, because I can see it online, and I am not otherwise connected to the cam. We are on the steep side of the learning curve on this stuff!
You might like Southern Illinois, or Missouri, but if you still want to see hills and mountains, you'll need to be close to the Ozarks!!
I miss all my fruit trees. I had peach, pear, apricot and plum. Also, like all over Texas pecans. I never ever had enough peaches though. I would eat 'em right off the trees soon as they started getting ripe. Rarely did I even get a jar of preserves out of my own peaches! LOL
Is there some obscure piece of software we need to install?
Wow!
You are awesome!!!! I kmow Jeanne is going to love that! :-)
