Wow! such stories.... the horse trailer accident left me with chills. My biggest fear, I have seen such accidents on TV rescue shows, and imagined them too.
Glad your ride went well and it was a good weekend. Not too much rain? - It didn't get mention anyway with all the other news. A friend and I have been in the same situation on a dead end with no room to turn around. frustrating indeed!

It rained on us for only part of the way there then stopped. The weather the whole weekend could not have been better. Today was the hottest and it wasn't bad.
