You know it'll be the best thing for ya... we should all hope to stay active, you are already a pretty young looking 49... let these two old guys be our model!
Yeah, I'm a firm believer than keeping active keeps you "young" :')
LOL. after spending the day with my dad I feel older then he is:) He's 75. His body is like a road map he has had so many surgeries. We always expected for him to die first as he was always having things wrong, was over weight. My mother was always very heath concious. She died 15 years ago.
My dad has had a lung removed a kidney removed, both shoulders operated on one twice, both hips replaced one twice, 3 hernia operations, hemroid operation:), baloone heart surgery. He plays golf 3 X's a week and worked in the Golf Pro shop till about a month ago.
Him and his wife went on an Alaskan Cruise last year, one of his hips pop out of joint, they had to fly him to shore for an operation, he was back on the boat that next night. He'll probably put us in our graves. Altho he is very active he's really not in that great of health tho. He only wears me out because he's always got something to gripe at me about. This time it was because I haven't sent him a picture of JP. He wants one in the mail. I've e-mailed him tons of them, but he wants on in the mail. Oh well, I guess he's entitled to his little whims:)

Oh man. I need to go to the stables. I have been home less than an hour. I came in and the utility door open. I have a 450 utility bill this month. The kids are screaming because they can't get out to the back door. It's jammed. My son moved the babysitters money and she needs it before leaving. I go to the back to open the door and scatch my hand on a nail. The door won't budge so I come back around. The dog gets out. I come back and pry the door open. The kids run out and start fighting over a swing. The big one pushes the little one. I make him come in and sit in the red chair six minutes. I found the babysitters money. She is watching them while I go to my room and eat a sandwich. She comes and "tells me" the baby has the step ladder and pulling my green oranges off the tree. I told her to go get the ladder. The door left open and the oldest sprays the water hose on my dining room floor and then Eddie calls and tells me he has a meeting and going to be late. Yeah right. He's not stupid:')
