Right before I put him in his stall he was standing stretched out like he was going to pee, but didn't.

Still not out of the woods yet then, but perhaps better? Anything we know of for soothing tummies feedwise? Sure wish there was a known source for the ache in the first place!

Oh, I forgot to say, (kind of in a fog today:), that the vet told me to give him Maloox to soothe his stomach, incase this is from ulcers.
