Well, a lot of the cases aren't that extreme, but it's heartbreaking to work with kids whose parents obviously don't give a darn about them....at least not enough to get their act together. But we work with a lot that are just ignorant, too. I don't mean that in an insulting way, just that they really don't have a clue how to deal with a kid. In those cases, a little education can go a long way.
I tip my hat to Ladies like you. I think it must be a gift. Not just anybody can do what people like you do.
