I heard Neal Cavuto say tongiht that stem cell may help some but even if it helped him with his MS he would not be for abortion...and from what researchers say..stemcell research will not help AD.

I don't believe Reagan was ever really anti-abortion.
Before Roe vs. Wade he signed an abortion bill in California that was more liberal than anything that Roe later required.
I think when he decided to run for President and knew he would need the Christian Right vote, he changed his position, just like George H.W. Bush did.
While he said he was anti-abortion, he never once in eight years had anything to do with anti-abortion rallies nor did his administration introduce a single piece of legislation on it.

I choose to believe that when Reagan learn how much was misinformation on abortion like -

When life begins?
It only a blob, tissue etc.

After the 70's more information became clear some of the medical and special interest was deceiving the public.

I think as Reagan grew in his faith he also understood more of the seriousness of this activity

There was a time in America because of uncertain times people discreetly relax their morals.

As that continues the next generation rebelled with a battle cry to "Let it all Hang Out" and not be a hypocrite.

Some where Integrity and Honor was no longer were considered noble.

All the qualities that made America great were being dismantled.

This break down in honor and integrity soon spread to all areas of life is it home, family, government, business etc.

There were many citizens who had acquired hedonic attitudes in the 60's and 70's that now know it was very under minding to this great nation, and have abandonee the hedonistic life!

No way could America survive if that attitude continues.

I sincerely think Reagan understood that!

What made Reagan great was that he followed his conscience.

There is a different between the zealots and those who honor their faith, which should not be confused.

There are heathens and as well as radicals and should not be confused. The radicals rebel because they are uncomfortable around the light of the faithful!

The heathens are blessed under the umbrella of the faithful. It the faithful are removed or destroyed all will loose.
