Do they make any more sense back-to-back?

Well, one can pick up on little details by watching them back-to-back. For instance...

In The Matrix, after Neo has been arrested by Agent Smith, we first see him on a monitor, sitting waiting to be questioned. The camera then "falls through" the monitor screen into the room, where Neo is confronted by Smith.

In Matrix Reloaded, when Neo reaches the Architect, the Architect has walls full of such monitors... in fact, the camera "pulls up" from one monitor screen, pulling back until we see the entire room. This amounts to a reversal of the "falling through" scene from the first movie.

So... does this indicate the Architect was watching Neo's first encounter with Agent Smith? I think so!

Interesting! I remember the monitors in the second movie, didn't notice the connection with the first. I sometimes wonder whether the sequels are fully consistent with the original or whether some of the stuff that was added in the sequels introduced inconsistencies. The whole Architect thing never seemed fully resolved to me.

I don't think there were any inconsistencies... there were some questions raised that were left unanswered, but then that's the kind of story I like!

I am up way too late... good night!

Good morning! Happy B-day Hair. A pleasant Monday to y'all. Hope everyone had a blessed Easter.

Now, when do we get our dwarf back??

I remained swamped at work, and they're holding us hostage for two days in useless training. *sigh* Won't be able to freep at all. :(

Here is the latest....All of the injured soldiers are going to be fine. 5 of the 6 are on their way to Walter Reed as we speak. They will have their rehabilitation there. On the down side we learned that one soldier Greg Goodrich was killed in the attack, and two others are still missing. Their names were withheld pending notification. Now we need to focus our thoughts and prayers to the families and on the safe return of the MIA's. Please pass this along. Thanks

He's back! Corin's back! Yay!

Hey, glad to see you. Glad you kept your pledge, too, though it's been too bad not having you around.

Good morning! Wow...I think I'm too behind to bother trying to catch up. Did I miss anything of importance this weekend?

Welcome back, Corin!

Did I miss anything of importance this weekend?

In a nutshell, the Lord rose again, and I had a birthday.

Eh... Any birthday after 21 just has very little appeal!

I have that temp job this week and I am up early getting myself ready to go to that.

BTW...I was finally down a pound this weekend.

Of course, that was before the candy, cake and ice cream that I had yesterday...but I still tried to be SORTA good.

Going to repeat week whatever day 3 tonight.
