Teens Accused Of Throwing Dog From Roof
Dog Euthanized After Suffering Major Injuries

INDIANAPOLIS -- Two teens face charges of animal cruelty after investigators said they threw a dog from the roof of a west-side home Sunday.
Investigators said after 15- and 13-year-old boys threw the 1-year-old female pit bull from the two-story house in the 1300 block of West Edgemont Avenue, they dragged it to a garage and shoved it into a cabinet to die.
The dog was later euthanized, RTV6's Ericka Flye reported. According to the police report, the dog's lower back was broken and it was bleeding from the ears, nose and rectum.
"It's hard to believe that something like this was done to an animal by two young children," Animal Care and Control spokeswoman Margie Smith-Simmons said.
Investigators suspect fresh scabs on the dog's head and body indicate that the animal may have been involved in organized dog fighting, perhaps within days of its death, Flye reported. The injuries may also point to a motive for the boys' actions because the dog appeared to be the loser, officials said.
Earlier this month, Indianapolis police announced a new program aimed at stopping the growing problem of dog fighting, Flye reported.

Pit Bulls are just dumb vicious beasts doing what their genetic code is telling them to do - attack and kill.
It is their asinine human owners that really frost me.

Pitbulls are only as bad as their owners training.
I agree there are some stupid people on this world, some of them need to be thrown from a roof and eliminated from the gene pool.
