Oh sure, I'd be interested to know, wondered about it for years.

I liked the 343, and suppose Cat still makes good stuff, but don't really know. I've heard a little criticism the last few years.

They were building a new Catapillar plant in Waco when I moved up here. The economy went south and the plant has never opened. When it does, I think I will probably try to go to work there unless I've moved on somewhere else. I always thought I'd like to work on them. In engineering you know.

I will ask Uncle Lynn. He will know. It will probably tickle him to get to enlighten me! :-)
