There are family cars that have sporty extras... which is... a family car. Then there are genuine touring sports cars. Think C5. Think 05 Mustang. Think... [ohhhh, eyes rolling back in head] German. [pant pant] Dare I say... Porsche?

GM is offering factory-approved supercharger kits to make their little cars into domestic ricers.
I almost wish I still had my 1970 Cutlass W31 (only 300 made). With the 11:1 compression ratio it needed premium gas, overheated at stoplights, and dieseled when it was shut off. And the fat tires hydroplaned badly. Other than that, it was a fun car.
