I had a cool thing happen at work today. I got a pat on the back from the associate dean for my work on this video project. She even told me that she realized the dean had assigned me this without the means for me to be able to do what was requested. She sympathized and is working on getting me some more help on it.

Basically, since I pretty much felt like I could lose my job over this, that was a nice thing to hear today! :-)

That's wonderful!!! I'm so glad that somebody finally noticed that you're busting your backside on less than half the timeframe given to the folks prior!
