Oh duh! Packing makes me dumb ;-) The articlse says " a group of more than 60 top US scientists, including 20 Nobel laureates and several science advisors to past Republican presidents, yesterday accused the Bush administration of manipulating and censoring sciece for political purposes. Then it gets into the global warming thingy, condom use, WMD, bacteria floating in the air around hog farms, etc. The last sentence: William Schlensinger quote :The Bush administration's science policy is too politicized and deserves a "D".
I do swear I read this same article several years ago.

My daughter's piano teacher/adviser just clled......Em missed all of her classes today and is not answering her phone........piano teacher on her way over to Em's apartment right now.........I hope it's nothing but I have that "pit of the stomach" feeling............

Well, it pretty much seems as if these folks have decided there isn't anything the Bush Administration can do right, so they have pretty much relegated themselves to irrelevence due to their lack of objectivity.
