Good morning, all.

VERY GRIM NEWS OUT OF IRAQ THIS MORNING.

I have a sore throat and feel generally pretty lousy. And I have a loooooooong day ahead of me. Back to bed for a bit.

I keep going back to bed too but can't sleep.

I think my thyroid levels are off and need to get blood work done. I take meds but they get out of whack sometimes.
