Well, it was kinda. It was a hearing about getting some documents released pertaining to Boeing and the state of Washington, and whether those documents contained trade secrets and could be kept secret or not. End result... the judge believes they are in fact exempted from the FOI, but will look at them to make sure before making a decision. But it was pretty much a victory for Tim already in that they released about 90% of the stuff Tim's client wanted in anticipation of going to court.

Corporate law doesn't have quite the same zing as criminal law, I guess... I'm guessing it won't be on Court TV any time soon.
