Hot tea does sound good about now.
I don't dare drink any though. Alyson took a very late nap and is still up. Add to that, my sister is staying over tonight because her car is in the shop until tomorrow and she's riding with me to work. That means that Becky is all hyped up since my nephew is here. *sigh*
Speaking of my sister's car, her brakes went completely out today. Completely and SUDDENLY. She coasted right through a red light missing two cars (GOD IS GOOD!) and had to shift into neutral and pulled the emergency brake to stop.
She went to the mechanic and they told her that she's busted the master cylinder and it'll be $600 to fix. Does that sound right to you?

OH man! Thank GOD! That is definitely a miracle there!
Depending on what kind of car it is it could be that much... I dunno... somebody else might know better than me. Is this a mechanic she's used before?

That is an expensive Master Cylinder..... The one in my Honda was in the $300 area.... but it wouldn't surprise me if it is a newer car!
