I went ahead and put it in the slow cooker. The skillet was cooking to fast, and I even had it up on three stacked burners!

It smells heavenly.

Steve can make some rice, open up a can of corn and have supper tomorrow.

I so rarely leave him home alone...I wanna make it REAL easy on him!

Don't leave him for too long or you'll come home and find him eating off the pot lids!
