BTW, I could strangle my personal trainer today. He has me drinking 20 ounces of water with each meal right now. And I am eating a meal every 3 hours. That is way more water than I have ever drank...then Monday he tells me, I need to double that today only. Drink 12 - 20 ounce glasses of water today!!! He must be out of his mind. I have been sitting here all morning doing the pee pee jig at my desk. I am gonna be in the ladies room all day....
