Ha! I bet so!
Time for Matthew's breakfast, then I'm cleaning the house BUT GOOD. Got Awanas tonight, and then The Passion tomorrow night...I want it to be in pristine condition for Steve, who is coming home (instead of doing school) tomorrow night.
I have a little pork loin, thinking of slicing it into medallions, frying it up, then slow-cooking it in some kind of sauce for them to have for supper tomorrow night when I'm gone.
Hey, OT...you got any ideas for some kind of sauce for this pork loin? It's pretty lean, and I don't think there'll be much broth or even fat for making a gravy...

Hmmm....welll....a sweet and sour type thing comes to mind. I have a nice mustard glaze that goes well with ham....dunno how it would be on a pork loin. I usually just bake a pork loin with salt, pepper, rosemary, and garlic.
