Sounds like you did good! So the new gate will lead to the woods beyond?

Yup, the new gate (the one we made the new opening for) goes from the paddock to the woods, the one we actually installed today goes from the paddock to the pasture. The previous setup, we just had the one gate and kinda jerry-rigged the fencing around it so it led to the woods instead. The new pasture gate will stay closed until its ready for them get back out there.

We'll take some pics of it tomorrow.... was too tired by the time we got finished today.
