Used to be that the University of Wisconsin offered Old Norse...though I think that was at the Madison campus. My Dad is originally from Wisconsin and at one point had a couple of catalogs for college courses there. I imagine you don't have any large campuses nearby, no?

U-Green Bay is relatively near me. They might have it, though Madison is more Tolkienesque and into that type of thing--there's a big Tolkien group there. But I'd prefer if I could find a textbook/tape/computer tutorial so I could learn at home--the homeschooling thing we were discussing :) However come to think of it if U-Green Bay has it maybe they sell textbooks at the school bookstore--hmmm. . .
