After today... and the meeting I had today for Sarbanes-Oxley compliance... I got ISO on the brain. Maybe there's some kind of disability I can apply for after dealing with all this.

Now I have a whole new reason to hate Paul Sarbanes (D-MD). This is the stuff that offshoring is made of. Nobody in their right mind would bother doing any of this. A smart person would land their company offshore and not bother trading on a U.S. exchange. The Sarbanes compliance crap *alone* makes it a no-brainer.

This stuff is off the charts stupid.
