After so many years in Miami, I find it unbelievably exotic to visit a place with such a wintry climate. My daughter and I have a really nice time together.

We were driving around way out in the country, looking for a wind farm, all the fields were covered in deep snow, it was snowing, very windy and very cold, but really beautiful, the snow was blowing all around like spray.

One lady that we met out there wanted to know why in the world a Miamian was up there. I just told her I needed a break from all that warm weather.

...and rightfully so. I can't imagine how you can take it... all that icky sunshine and warm weather. You're made of tougher stuff than I. :-)
