We are taking the concrete bulkhead out because it collapsed...

And for whatever reason (no one knows how) ... no one would replace it with the same kind of bulkhead. All anyone knows how to do is the vertical wall-type.... which is just wrong for a lot of reasons, or rock. We picked rock.

Hair, I have no idea what a bulkhead is. . .it's late, so don't try to explain. Hope it turns out ok. It looks like hard work though.
