Particularly if the ~best~ thing you might find in the hole is a catfish. Ain't that the truth. I'd rather cast a line for bass or crappie!

I gotta say...I found the fishing the neighbors at Entmoot were doin' to be pretty fascinating. It had never occurred to me that people could actually stand on the SHORE at the ocean and fish!
Though I wouldn't know what to do with a fish if I caught one, leastways not one of those big suckers. And I can't help wondering just how clean the water is. I probably don't wanna know.

Biggest fish I ever caught was a big ol' northern pike up in Minnesota. It was thrilling!
I just love to fish...mainly because I love to EAT fish.
