Ohh, ok... AOL may indeed prevent mpeg's from being loaded, to limit the amount of bandwidth your webpage uses.
I believe the webhosting service that ecurbh uses is free, and allows mpeg's. Pinging him, because I can't remember the name of his webhosting service!

It isn't free, but it is affordable. Their basic plan is currently $10/month, and offers 200MB of space and 10GB of bandwidth. Luckily, I happened to sign up with them when they were still pretty new, and their hosting was only $4/month, so I get that price as long as I have my account with them.
