Well, you can link to an mpeg, just like a link to a photo:
< a href="
http://www.yourwebsite.com/mpegfile.mpg " >Text of link here < /a >
Like that, without the spaces... if you do that, then the browser will try to play or download the mpeg when the link is clicked on. Is that what you were looking for?
