It's unfortunate that the Army postal servie does not have the same checks and balances the regular post office does. believe it or not, there's more Marines in the postal occupations in the brig than anyone else... those guys are always gettin' burned... fargin' bastiges...

A small tattoo on the arm, "mail thief", and then transfer them to an infantry unit. Problem solved, and nobody else steals mail any more.
