[sigh] I really don't know. They were... substandard rocks. I dunno. I guess the guy with him from the bulkhead company didn't like them much either (which was really why Dad was invited along... to "see what they have to work with").

I can see it coming. He's gonna tell them to stop work and wait until better rock is available. This means waiting until June. NO shorelands work can be done beginning March 1 to June 1 due to some stupid Dept of Ecology rules about migrating Salmon.

Dammit. Geezz... I've been in a foul mood all day.
