sorry I wasn't around much yesterday... was busy replacin' the bearings on the right front tire of thetractor.... thank God it wasn't the rear tires... anyway, the bearing cup snapped, and basically exploded the bearing inside the hub...whatta mess... at least the spindle weren't damaged... that and the fact the hub is packed with #2 bearing grease, made fer a fun job... got done and took it fer a test drive, and all seems fine now...
I came in and sat down before dinner, and gotta call from Gunny C, the local Marine Recruiter, about the Marine Corps League meetin at 1900 in Camdenton, 'bout 40 miles away...got home around 2210...
gotta grade the lane tuhday...this thaw turned it intuh a morass... had about 50 tons of gravel dropped on the bad spots... need tuh spread it out...
