Basically.... and he knew he didn't have a shot, but in CA they have to give him a hearing... It "freed" him, not having a chance. He could say whatever the heck he wanted... he had a captive audience. ~insert popcorn smiley~
The women, on the other hand, think they have a chance. I actually might agree with one of them who presented a pretty good case that she was safe. Van Houten I think... Prolly would be but they weren't doin' it last time.
