Well... I just said I *have* the rule, not that I strictly apply it. The rule is there for times when I need it. :-)
I still have boxes and boxes of my grandfather's slides and movies from his world travels. [sigh] What do you do with stuff like that? Sure, it would be good to someday go through it all. Maybe it would be a waste of time, but maybe... just maybe... there's some real treasure in there somewhere.

I looked in there couple weeks ago. Was like a time capsule from college!

Ramius, similarly got the family movies and slides when my father died. You can't really throw them out but...
Some of the stuff you just gotta live with till there is a fire or tornado.

Always something of interest in the old stuff somewhere.
I didn't know that my grandfather had made pottery at his little art studio in Bradner Ohio.
Didn't know that until roughly three years ago.
Odd, but typical.
Grandpa didn't speak much about his talents with art.
