From what you and Bear have said, I don't think I have an infection...just sore sinuses. My nose still worst, for one! Probably just dry air...which is a relief.

I'm going to crank up the humidifier a bit higher than usual and see if just being in a nice slightly humid place will help. It's horribly dry at work.

Aspirin helps me alot when my sinuses give me problems, which they have my whole life. IMO, aspirin is an underated drug.
