Usually when Grama started spraying I would go outside... or in the house. A little from across the room didn't bother me - but when I was a kid in the 60's and 70's some of them wimmin with bouffant hairdos required half a can of spray! haha... That's why I could never look like Dolly, just couldn't have that much hair spray. that and one other prominent reason I couldn't look like Dolly! LOL

My mom had a bouffant, I think she switched to the Dorothy Hamel when we found out I was allergic.
I had to take shots and the whole nine yards.
