Wn; Having some experience in this myself, :-) I might suggest heat for the neck and shoulder spasms, and several cups of chamomile tea. Chamomile tea has anti-spasmotic properties that seem to help me quite a bit.

Yep!

Chamomile sounds good! I don't think I wanna get up and make it right now though. The ice pack is feelin' good on the head spot. As you know, these spasms are just somethin' we learn to deal with from time to time. I'm thinkin' I will tackle those when the head stops hurting. or at least lets up for a bit.
