A sad case indeed 2J. I also had a friend with a baby tragedy (strangled himself by snagging a hooded sweatshirt on his crib) they are hard ones to take.

Our family almost had that type of tragedy, but we were spared by the grace of God. When I was 4 my 2-year-old brother and I were riding in the back seat of the car eating peanut-butter sandwiches, when I noticed him turning blue. I was too young to realize what it meant, but I found it odd, so I pointed it out to my parents, who of course instantly realized he was choking on his sandwich. At the time we were on the freeway, so my Dad pulled over to give my brother CPR. By a stroke of grace the sherriff happened to be driving by, so he we ended up getting a high-speed police escort to the hospital. My brother went into a coma and was biologically dead for a few minutes, but he came out of it and recovered completely. My Mom never let us eat while we were driving again.
