My plumbing is slightly leaking under the house again in the same place it completely burst last summer. A different pipe just the same place under the house. There are 4 pipes under there. So far this has happened to 2 other ones. Through there are 4 pipes each of them have multiple joints. I am thinking this may be my aging home issue here at this house.

I just found this. Slow spray from a joint. Will be calling the plumber again tomorrow morning. *sheesh*

What is going on I wonder.... is your house settling and torquing right at that spot and the pipes are failing to bend with it?
