I finally had some spare time today, so I put the secant gauge on my .308 Remington. The dovetail was a little small, so I needed some needle files to open it up a bit to fit the rails. Made me feel like a gunsmith. Here's the final results, plus an overall view of my squirrel gun.

Hmmm... Maybe I need a squirrel gun like that. Way too many squirrels in my yard here.

Nice work :) Looks handy--we've only got one squirrel in our backyard, but we've got a whole flock of turkeys :)
