It's snowing! In Austin, Texas!

The last time Austin had significant snowfall was January 1985. Right now, there's an official reading of 1.2inches. This is sooooo neat!

I got through one interview today, and I only made two or three major mistakes ...

Which ones?

Crazy things said during an interview

1. "Dozed off and started snoring during the interview."
2. "Wore a walkman and said she could listen to me and the music at the same time."
3. "Challenged the interviewer to arm-wrestle."
4. "Interrupted to phone his therapist for advice on answering specific interview questions."
5. "Brought her large dog to the interview."
6. "Balding candidate abruptly excused himself, then returned to office a few minutes later wearing a hairpiece."
7. "Chewed bubble gum and blew bubbles."
8. "Stretched out on floor to fill out the application form"
9. "…Asked to see interviewer's résumé to see if the personnel executive was qualified to judge the candidates."
10. "…Announced she hadn't had lunch and proceeded to eat a hamburger and french fries in the interviewer's office - wiping the ketchup on her sleeve."
11. "Stated that, if he were hired, he would demonstrate his loyalty by having the corporate logo tattooed on his forearm."
12. "When I asked him about his hobbies, he stood up and started tap dancing around my office."
13. "At the end of the interview, while I stood there dumbstruck, he went through my purse, took out a brush, brushed his hair, and left."
14. "…Pulled out a Polaroid camera and snapped a flash picture of me. Said he collected photos of everyone who interviewed him."

Good morning...

Rose is still sleeping! The snow is still there, although it is melting fast. The sun is out, and the temp is about 35 degrees. Looks like we had about 2 inches of snow fall here.

I've taken some pics of the daylight scene, but they will have to wait until Rose gets up, since she has never shown me how to transfer them from the camera...
