Hi Amy, I've just read your post #71.

OK, well, my first embarrassing moment was when I was 10 years old.

I couldn't sleep that night and I was anxious waiting for Santa. Later that night I heard the door open, my mom was still finishing up the decorations when I saw my dad rushing though the door carrying quite a few toys, but the biggest and most visible was a doll which I had asked Santa to get me for Christmas. I was shocked seeing my dad carrying all those toys. I realized then that my dad was Santa, I felt so bad, yet I couldn't say anything because no one saw me hiding trying to find out who was at the door. I went back to bed feeling bad, and I could hear them wrapping the presents. Well, I never told my dad I saw him.

Aww .... I think it is really tough when kids first learn that Santa is really their parents.

It is funny to watch kids who know there is no Santa but still want to believe.

Thanks for sharing your first embarrassing moment. I think it is fun to look at these experiences later. Kind of gives you a new perspective on the thinking of today's young people.
