What do you intend to do with said page? If you're looking to keep up a page where you comment or otherwise vent on various subjects, consider getting a blog page. A site like
www.blogger.com would be a good place to start. I keep one that's updated
when the mood strikes. And somewhere around here is a thread with URLs for other FReeper blogs.
