These dates are the last four dates we have been in Orange Alert (I think): Tuesday, February 12, 2003; Wednesday, May 21, 2003; Tuesday, June 2/3, 2003; Tuesday, September 20, 2003.
Normally the alerts come out on Tuesday or Wednesday. Odd this Orange Alert should come out on a Sunday.
Someone please correct me if I'm wrong.
