I can get to the advanced options menu by pressing F8 when Windows is TRYING to start and before it takes me to the black "Sorry, but windows didn't start correctly, try one of these options" screen... None of them work and they just take me to the black screen too.

Rose says she thinks you have a virus that's causing the automatic reboot. She just got home from work, once she gets settled in she'll send you some instructions for how to deal with!
